For Poutrel, I developed a modern and clear website with an integrated booking system. The site was optimized for SEO so that users can easily find their way to Poutrel.
We combined a fresh, contemporary look with Poutrel’s own visual identity. The result is a user-friendly platform where visitors can quickly access information and make reservations directly.
Through the website, customers can schedule their reservations quickly and easily—whether on desktop, tablet, or smartphone. The platform is fully optimized for mobile, allowing users to browse the calendar smoothly and book immediately from any device.
All payments are also processed securely and automatically through the system, saving Poutrel considerable time.
I also developed a tool for Poutrel that automatically generates a unique QR code for every booking. This QR code provides clients with easy access to the studio in Kapelle-op-den-Bos. The QR codes aren't all the same: they're specifically generated for different zones and facilities. For example, clients might receive a separate QR code for the pool and another for the Pilates and yoga rooms. This way, access is fully tailored to the activities booked, ensuring a safe and user-friendly experience.
